London Ruano is a registered architect and planner (Barcelona, M.I.T., Harvard) with extensive experience in the design and development of large-scale projects. He joined MVCI in 1997 and is responsible for directing the entire process of delivering new resorts in EMEA, from acquisition to completion.
Ruano is a Fulbright Scholar, an MBA and a founding partner in EcoMasterPlan, an architecture and urban planning firm specialised in the conception of human habitats based on principles of sustainability, community development and resource optimisation. Ruano has taught at several universities in Europe and the U.S. and is the author of books such as “Eco-Urbanism – Sustainable Human Communities” and “Instant China”.
