| Forecasts on the world?s economy and consequences for the real estate industry, to be discussed on Wednesday, October 22nd, at 9.30 a.m |
 |
| The professionals coming to the BMP?s Symposium look for answers. They want to know if the real estate industry will be affected by the Irak after-war effect, if all sectors will be facing the same problems or opportunities, how their companies should behave; should they be planning on expanding or just wait and see? The Opening Session of the Symposium, which will take place on Wednesday, October 22nd, at 9.30 a.m., will answer all these questions. The Dean of the best European business school (as reported last spring by the Financial Times) seems an ideal person to do so. Jordi Canals, along with Eurohypo?s International Managing Director, Hartwig Glatzki, Soros Real Estate Partners? Managing Partner, Richard Mully, and Sonae?s President, Alvaro Portela will discuss how the forecasted social, political and economic conditions may affect the real estate industry in 2004-05. A session not be missed.
