| The ULI seminar will focus on Trends in Residential, Resort and Leisure Development in Southern Europe |
 |
| The ULI will organize for the first time ever in Europe its own full-day Seminar as a part of a different event, as it is the case with Barcelona Meeting Point. This novelty has arisen a lot of expectations, as it is proved by the large number of international professionals already registered for the Seminar. They have wanted to make the best of the special price set up for it: 450 Euros for ULI-members and 540 Euros for the non-members. Both prices include a 2-day ?Professional Visitor? pass to the BMP?s exhibition. Thus, the expected 200 attendees will be able to listen to Frank Stanek, President of International Business Development at Universal Parks & Resorts, who will be the Keynote Speaker at Symposium?s luncheon on Wednesday, October 22nd , as well as to other outstanding professionals as David Stein (The Stein Group), Edward D. Stone, Jr (EDSA), David Clifton (Interval International), Nathan Green (Intrawest Corporation), Gilberto Jordan (Lusotur), Muriel Muirden, (Economics Research Associates) and Andrew R. Coutts (ILM Hotels & Resorts) among others.
