 |
| Poland?s imminent entry into the European Union, in May 2004, will have a very important impact in the real estate industry. Not only Poland will offer real estate developers very many opportunities, but also the country will receive large European funds. Danuta Hübner will present the extent of these opportunities at the Official Opening of the BMP?s Symposium on Wednesday October 22nd and 12 p.m.. Very few people all over Europe may know more about this matter than Mrs. Hübner as she also conducted the negotiations for Poland's membership in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which Poland joined in November 1996. And for those interested in finding out more about Poland?s opportunities for real estate investors and developers they will be able to meet the representatives of the two most important Polish cities, Warsaw and Lódz, as well as the Association of Polish Cities, that have a large stand at the Professional Exhibition (Hall 1, Stand E500), together with the companies Investment Environments and Prokom Investments, the Embassy of Poland, and the Spanish-Polish Chamber of Commerce.
