| For second year in a row, the renowned institution European Property Federation will have an institutional presence at BMP. However, this year, the EPF?s participation at the Symposium will be specially representative, since the association will celebrate at BMP its Executive Board Meeting. The EPF?s presidents and representatives from the UK, Liz Peace; Portugal, Elsa Monteiro; Italy, Giovanni Gagliani Caputo and Attilio Viziano; Denmark, Rolf Nostrand; Finland, Tiina Miettinen-Luck and Asko Salminen; Sweden, Ann-Christine Svärd and Anders Nynell; Norway, Dag Refling and Hans Welle-Watne will meet with the President of the association, Pedro Gamero del Castillo, and its Managing Director, Michael McBrien, both of them speakers at the BMP?s Symposium.
They will both be participating at the two impressive sessions that the EPF has organized at BMP. These sessions will deal with matters such as the valuation methods that would make comparison of properties in different countries a lot easier. Pan European investment is another subject to be discussed at these sessions, which will offer the insights of some of the biggest winners in this new game. They will explain how successful cross-border investment requires brilliant cross border alliances.
