He was born in Madrid the 8th January 1951.
He graduated as Quantity Surveyor in 1974.
Since 1975 he was involved in different responsibility positions in Reyal Group and 10 years later, he held the position as Managing Director. Since 1997 he is President of Reyal Group, active in a great number of business areas such as Real-State and Hotels.
Reyal Group belongs to ASPRIMA since 23 years ago, and in 2001 D. Rafael Santamaría was named member of the Governing Board of ASPRIMA and Chairman in the Assembly hold last 27th March 2003.
