| With a market of 1,000 inhabitants, China represents the new 21st Century ?Eldorado?. However, the cultural, political and economic barriers have no comparison in the whole world. Meanwhile, the Chinese market advances at gigantic steps. The College of Architects of Catalonia has organized two sessions at BMP to analyze the Chinese possibilities for real estate development. They will gather at BMP outstanding professionals from one of the most prosperous provinces of the Republic, Zhejiang, with 40 millions inhabitants (as large as Spain), as well as Spanish professionals with direct experience in China. The sessions will give very interesting hints on how to get started in China, "how to do business in the fields of real estate, construction and urban planning. In short, they will try to answer the question whether it is worth going there. |
