| Mr. Francisco Granados Lerena, Minister of the Presidency of the Autonomous Government of Madrid, will attend Barcelona Meeting Point 2005 on October 25th and 26th. |

| Mr. Granados, as well as visiting the stands and the most outstanding developments which are exhibited in this edition of BMP, will meet with personalities and professionals in the Stand of the Government of Madrid D418. The Government of Madrid has been exhibiting at BMP?s Professional Exhibition from its first edition, with a Stand managed by the public company ARPEGIO, whose President is Mr. Granados.
The presentation of the urban and residential, industrial, commercial and land projects will take place in the Stand of the Government of Madrid, as well as the presentation of investments in the Madrid Metro Extension 2004-2008 roads, etc. and the Housing Plan for Young people of Government of Madrid 2005-2008, and the Regional Investment and Services Plan of Madrid 2005-2007.
Mr. Granados will be accompanied by the Minister of Environment and Urban Planning of Madrid and the Chief Executive Officer of ARPEGIO.
