| CITY OF SAINT PETERSBURG
With a population of 4,6 millIion, Saint Petersburg is the fourth city in Europe in population terms. Investment reached 2.93 billion dollars in 2004. The sales land volume in 2004 reached 24.5 million dollars. 2.03 million square meters of housing (which represents an increase of 16%) with an investment in residential building of 870 million dollars were ended. |
