At present, José Manuel Albaladejo is the Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Gerens Management Group,S.A., a leader company in the Spanish market related to Project & Construction Management.

Master Sc in Arquitecture by the Escuela de Madrid, he counts with the Oxford certificate for Management Studies at Templeton College and Master in Project Management at IESE in Madrid. He started his proffessional carreer at Dragados y Construcciones, standing out as Delegate for the Northeast in Argentina and Technical Director of the International Joint Venture in charge of the construction of the World Trade Center in Cairo.

In 1989 he started working for Bovis International Ltd. and was nominated Managing Director for Spain & Portugal in 1993. He was appointed first non anglo saxon member of the Board of Directors of Bovis Int. Ltd in London.

In 1994 he became the Internacional Managing Director of Entrecanales y Távora S.A. , later renamed NECSO, position that he carried out until Gerens is founded in 1998. Simultaneously, he was Senior Vice President of Hill International Inc. in EEUU until the year 2000.
