Barcelona Meeting Point

The city of Moscow has confirmed its presence at the 10th anniversary edition of Barcelona Meeting Point with a stand of 100 sq.m.


The participation of the City of Moscow at BMP is a fruit of the last visit to Russia of the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of BMP, Enrique Lacalle. On 18th of July. Mr. Lacalle was received by the Minister of Regional Development, Mr. Vladimir Yakovlev, and had another meeting with the First Vice Mayor, Mr. Vladimir Resin and his team as well.


At BMP, the city of Moscow will present its principal urban planning redevelopments, such as “The Golden Ring of Moscow”, and the construction and reconstruction of Moscow city hotels. The former will provide to the city a newly-created pedestrian zone, and the construction and reconstruction of the cultural monuments. The latter will help to boost the city’s tourism and to turn Moscow into a large, international tourist centre.
