Born in Igea, La Rioja, Spain in 1936.
Since his youth he has been involved in trading and assumed the commercial exchange with other companies and more experienced businessmen from whom he has learned and developed a natural intuition for trading.
His first contacts carried him to trade with Italy and other European countries, importing goods from Eastern markets.
In this period, he not only worked in the good trade but also in the buying of real estate goods. For this reason, his name is associated with the urban development in some countries as Panamá.
Nowadays, Mr. Olloki in the President of a familiar commercial emporium related to telecommunications that works in America, Europe and Asia and is recognized internationally.
