Andreas Ridder joined CB Richard Ellis in 1991 as Managing Director of the newly founded office in Austria. In this role, Mr. Ridder has established the Vienna office and also has been involved in setting up the CB Richard Ellis network in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 2002, Mr. Ridder is Managing Director of Central and Eastern Europe and is responsible for the entire region.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Ridder worked for Bank Austria/Creditanstalt. He was involved in the bank’s real estate investments and real estate development projects.

Mr. Ridder has a doctorate degree from the university of Vienna Law School and a M. B. A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is also a licensed Austrian Real Estate Broker.
