He has developed his professional career in the areas of Building and Urbanism, Shopping and Entertainment Centres and Urban Commercial Planning.

As President of Evata España, Arpa Arquitectos, S.L., and member of the Executive Board of Evata Worldwide, he works in several architectural projects throughout Spain and Europe.

From 1982, he has been especially working in the design, development and construction of Shopping Centres.

In 1999 he was Vice-President of the I European Congress of Urbanism and Commerce, sponsored by the Spanish Ministry of Economy, the European Commision and the Regions Committee, in Torremolinos, Spain.
