Mr. Lavieille holds the position of Head of Funds at IAE. He joined the Real Estate Department of Caisse des Depôts (‘‘CDC’’) in 1989. From 1992 to 1997, he implemented the investment policy of CDC in Central Europe and invested in assets worth €300 million. In 1999, he started to work in the fund business and created the fund Logistis I which invested €300 million in 700,000 sqm of grade A buildings. From 2003 to 2004, Mr Lavieille created the Logistis II and PREF funds. Logistis II has an investment capacity of €550 million to acquire French, Spanish and Italian grade A logistics. PREF fund is a French real estate fund devoted to investors from the Middle East and has an investment capacity of €120 million. Since 2004, Mr Lavieille has held the position of Head of Funds in IAE Paris and has overall responsibility for the funds managed from Paris. In addition to these four funds, he oversees the management of Fondis, a fund specialised in French high street and out of town retail targeting total investments of €280 million and Euroffice, a fund dedicated to office investments in the Euro zone targeting €700 million of investments. Before specialising in real estate in 1989, Mr. Lavieille worked on behalf of subsidiaries of CDC on town planning and regional development projects. Mr. Lavieille is a graduate of Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) and has completed post graduate courses at the Institut Français de Gestion (IFG), and at INSEAD.
