Barcelona Meeting Point

Born in 1963 in Torres de Segre, province of Lleida. In 1993 finalize his education and obtain the degree of architect at the Technical Superior School of Architecture in Barcelona. His professional career starts as a project manager in a general construction company and, when he finalizes his studies, he starts as an architect opening his own office in Barcelona. In 1996 he moved to A Coruña been on board of the Architectural Department at FADESA INMOBILIARIA S.A. In 2002 he obtains his master in Economy and Real Estate Business and Urbanite by the university of A Coruña.


At this time he is the Executive Director of Architecture and Engineer at FADESA. This area of the company has more than 130 technical people, included 40 architects. In 2000 the company opened a technical office in Casablanca, Morocco, and right now has more then 30 technical people on it.

Author, into the Architectural Department of FADESA, of more than 1000 residential projects, within some of them obtains first award in national and international concurs. In 2001 won of the PAU of the mountain of Aranjuez to build 3000 flats and in 2004 the PAU of Paraje of Valdeguerra in Colmenar de Oreja to build 12000 flats, both at Madrid region. In 2003 won the first award to develop the tourist station of 27.500 beds in Saidia and in 2005 received the award of the new business center of Tanger City Center, both in Morocco . In 2004, in association with architectural studios of the first level in Barcelona, won the competition for 5 towers of offices and residential in Europe square at Hospitalet de Llobregat. Also is important some projects to build 20 hotels, office buildings and commercial spaces in some of European cities and Morocco.

Actually FADESA has 12 area offices in Spain, been present in all the Spanish regions, and 12 international area offices in Portugal, Morocco, France, Romany, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic and Mexico. In the year 2005 FADESA turn over around 6000 flats and at the end of 2006 will be turn over around 8000 units.
