Juan José Cercadillo is the President of Hercesa since its foundation in 1975.
Hercesa is the first developer in Castilla-La Mancha y el Corredor de Henares which acts in the main Spanish Autonomous Regions, in Romania and in Portugal.
Juan José Cercadillo takes part in several organizations which are directly related to this sector. He is Member of the Board of Directors of the Asociación Provincial de Empresarios de la Construcción de Guadalajara; Member of the Plenary of the Chamber of the Commerce in Guadalajara; Member of the Plenary of the Consejo Regional de Cámaras de Castilla-La Mancha.
Prize-winner Empresario del Año 2005 of Guadalajara awarded by COPEG and CECAM, Confederación de Empresarios de Castilla-La Mancha. Mr. Cercadillo is deeply implicated with society through the Fundación Recesa. Fundación Recesa’s main goal is to help people with difficulties in accessing the labour market so that they have the opportunity of being trained and having a proper job.
