Nick is the partner responsible for the direction of Deloitte’s Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure (THL) advisory practice in Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA). Recognised as the leader in its field, the team is part of Deloitte’s global THL industry group, which provides corporate finance, consulting, tax and assurance services to the international hospitality industry.

Prior to assuming responsibility for THL Corporate Finance in EMEIA, Nick was responsible for real estate and hospitality consulting services in the Middle East and Africa, based in Bahrain and London. His experience in industry includes periods with Holiday Inn and Sun International in South Africa, and Gleneagles and Le Meridien in the UK.

Nick acts for owners, investors, lenders and operators, and has advised on M&A, strategic planning, development, operational and performance issues. He has led teams on flotations, take privates, sale & leasebacks and portfolio acquisitions/disposals, and has been involved in the majority of major deals in EMEA over the last decade.
