Philippe Bijaoui is Managing Director of HVS International in Madrid where he has acquired a strong reputation by performing market researches, concept analysis, feasibility studies, valuations and strategic research studies for hotels and leisure destinations throughout Southern Europe specializing in the Spanish market. He joined HVS International in 2005 after spending four years with Rezidor SAS Hospitality in charge of the development of Radisson SAS, Regent, Park Inn brands in Southern Europe and Benelux. Before joining Rezidor, Philippe spend eight years on the other side of the negotiation table working on hotel and mixed-use real estate developments for hotel investment companies. First for the French SIH Group were he was involved with numerous hotel sale and acquisitions. For three years he was also Managing Director of Credicom Exploitation, the asset management subsidiary of the SIH Group. In 1999, Philippe became Director of Acquisitions for City Hotels, a hotel investment company publicly listed on the Brussels stock exchange.
