Rafael Aviles is Managing Director of Grosvenor in Spain were Grosvenor operates as Investor and Developer in Offices and Retail. Previously, Rafael formed part of the Management of the JV that Grosvenor had in Spain with Spanish developer Grupo Lar during five years. Before joining Lar Grosvenor, Rafael spent his professional career in the Real Estate business as General Manager of Hammerson Spain and Procisa amongst other companies. Prior to entering the Property business Rafael worked in the shipbuilding and shipping sectors as Naval Architect.
