Roger is Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield in Spain, a position he has held since 1995. He is responsible for all business in Spain as well as the administrative and financial aspects relating to operations there.

Roger was previously a partner in the London office. He advised, among others, London Docklands Development Corporation, Associated British Ports, Cardiff Bay Development Corporation, P&O, Coats Viyella, Citibank and Barclays Bank.
Roger has represented a number of prominent clients including: Lloyd’s Bank on the sale and leaseback of their offices in Madrid, Lar Grosvenor / Whitehall Fund on the sale of shopping centers to Rodamco, P&O on the sale of La Manga Club in Murcia to Medgroup, Ivanhoe on forming a joint venture with Lar Grosvenor on a shopping centre in Madrid.
