Partner. Sebastián Albella joined Linklaters on June 2005. Before joining this company he was a Founding Partner of Ramón & Cajal (Albella, Pala y Ramón & Cajal). His work has been mainly focused in securities market operations, banking laws, society laws and mergers and quoted corporate related acquisitions. Mr. Albella is a granted lawyer of the State and from 1988 to 1991 was Secretary of the Board and Responsible of the Stock Exchange Commission legal services.
