Sigfrido Herráez, 42 years old, works as an Architect. He is Bachelor in 1991 in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid where he specialized in Urban Planning. From 1989 to 1990 he coursed a Masters Degree in Restoration in the Instituto Nacional de Empleo in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. From 1991 to 1994 he became Doctor in Urban Planning.

In the year 2005, he was Councillor of the Grupo Popular in the City Council of Madrid. Before, he worked as Councillor in the Municipal Meetings in the Retiro and La Latina districts; Councillor in the area of Personal and Interior Regime; Councillor in Urban Mobility; Councillor of Housing and Urban Restoration; President of the Spanish Board for the housing of the Spanish government employees and for the Members of the Social Board of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Nowadays, Mr. Herráez is working in several architectural projects. He is Vice President in the Grupo Rayet.
