Mr Stults is a Managing Director and a founding Partner of Orion Capital Managers, L.P. Located in London and Paris, he directs larger acquisition activities throughout Europe including Germany and the United Kingdom and overall administration of the Fund including investor reporting, financial, tax and legal issues. He also serves as an Investment Committee Member for Orion sponsored funds.

Mr. Stults has 25 years of real estate investment management experience in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to forming Orion in 1999, he was a main Board Member of LaSalle Partners, Inc., a Managing Director and member of the Operating Committee of LaSalle Investment Management and head of LaSalle's European investment activities. In this capacity, he provided investment management services to clients that included US and foreign corporations, pension funds and international institutions. Mr. Stults created LaSalle's European offices in Amsterdam, London and Paris. Under his leadership, LaSalle's European investment activities successfully grew dramatically from zero to a level of USD 4.5 billion in assets under management. In addition, he initiated LaSalle's European real estate securities investment activities in Amsterdam, investing in listed European real estate companies and making private placement investments. Mr. Stults joined LaSalle in 1984. Prior to joining LaSalle, he was the Assistant Treasurer of Lane Industries, a private US conglomerate, and prior to Lane Industries he was a Commercial Banking Officer at the First National Bank of Chicago.

Mr. Stults holds a BS degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College and an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Stults hold memberships in the Pension Real Estate Association and the Urban Land Institute.
