INSTITUT CATALÀ DEL SÒL
The Institut Català del Sòl -INCASÒL (Catalan agency for public land management) is a public company run by the Urban Planning and Public Works and by the Environment and Housing Departments of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia. Its activity focuses on housing fomentation through built-up land for residential use and direct construction of public housing, land development for economic activities and facilities and old city centers restoration. As an instrument for Land and Housing policy of the Autonomous Government, INCASÒL acts with a clear vocation for territorial balance by fostering operations that favor the land use according to the general interest and the right to have a decent home. |
