Graduated in Law from the Central University of Barcelona, Masters in Commercial European Law and International Contracting from the Polytechnic University of London. Lawyer and Member of the Ilustre Collage of Lawyers of Barcelona since 1985, indistinctly in professional practice in Barcelona and Madrid. Prior to founding the professional firm Corporate Alia Lawyers, he had been developing his career in multinational legal consulting companies for 12 years. He collaborated with public and private Brazilian entities, writing guides and manuals about how to export and invest in Brazil. Expert in the areas of Trade Law (especially Trade Contracting) and business investment operations. He has practised consultancy and support to investment projects or joint-ventures with Spanish entrepreneurs in Brazil, on occasion liaising between Spanish entrepreneurs and Public and Private Brazilian entities for the past eight years.
