Miguel Angel Fraile Villagrasa born on the 21st of October 1954, graduated from the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales de la Universidad de Barcelona, in Economic Science, from the Centro Oficial de Estudios Internacionales de Barcelona, CDEIN, in Exterior Comerce and obtained a Diploma in in High Business Management.
As well as an impresive education Miguel Angel has the following profesional history, General Secretary of the Consell de Gremis de Comerç, Serveis i Turismo de Barcelona.
General Secretary of the Confederació de Comerç de Catalunya.
General Secretary of the Confederación Española de Comercio since 2004, he has been European Delegate of the same organisation since 1986 and official spokesperson since 2002. He is a member of the Paritaria Nacional de la Formación Continua de Comercio de la Fundacion Tripartita para la Formación en el Empleo.
Member of the Executive Comitee and founding member of Eurocommerce.
Titular member of the Observatorio de la Distribución Comercial and of the Comisión Permanente del Observatorio de Pagos con Tarjeta.
