In his more than 25 years of experience in the tourism sector, Rafael Isún has specialized in resort and hotel planning, development and launching.
In 1994 he joined Derby Hotels Collection as vice-president of sales & marketing, and as member of the Board of Directors. He was simmultaneously for a number of years, member of the Board of Directors of Small Luxury Hotels of the World as regional manager for Europe and Africa, and also General Manager of Design Hotels Spain.
Presently, as Managing Director of Dream Resorts Factory, he takes part in the planning and operation of numerous resorts in Spain, Croatia, Greece and Morocco.
He also collaborates with numerous essays and articles, and as a regular speaker in different forums of the tourism trade. He was also one of the co-writers of the “Document Barcelona”, which regulates the celebration of great events and conventions in Barcelona.
