Adolfo Ramírez-Escudero has a degree in Economics and Business Science from Deusto University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from the Colegio Superior de Arquitectura. He has attended several seminars in London on the Management and Analysis of property portfolios given by Euromoney Training. He speaks English and French.

Mr. Ramírez Escudero joined the Investment Department of CB Richard Ellis Madrid in 1995. In 1996 and 1997 he participated directly in the consultancy work provided concerning Prima Inmobiliaria’s property portfolio, in addition to other consultating projects for Argentaria, Sonae, Corporación Financiera Alba, etc. In 1998 and 1999 he took part in various successful sale transactions as Assistant Manager to the Investment Department. In June 2000, Adolfo was appointed Deputy Managing Director for Spain. In 2002 Mr. Ramírez-Escudero has also taken on responsibility for the corporate services and strategic consulting division, assessing real estate needs for corporate accupiers and public institutions.
