David Tuffin has been appointed RICS President-elect for the 2006/2007 session. He will assume the Presidency in July 2007.
David is currently a member of Governing Council and previously Chairman of RICS England and President of the Building Surveyors Division of RICS in 1991/92. He has been joint senior partner at leading independent building consultants Tuffin Ferraby Taylor since 1973.
David is managing partner and one of the three founding partners of TFT and provides expert witness services in the field of professional negligence litigation and building pathology. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Consultant Surveyors (ACBS) and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors.
David enjoys shooting, sailing, skiing and watching rugby.
Tuffin Ferraby Taylor offers commercial building solutions through project management, building surveying, architecture and interior design.
Established in 1973 in Kingston upon Thames, the practice has grown to become one of the largest building surveying practices in the UK, with 120 partners and staff operating from offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames and London.
