Geraldine Pauline France, French by nationality, was born in Madrid on the 11th of June 1968. In 1992 she completed the Exchange Program Erasmus in Madrid and the same year gained her Masters in Business Law from the University René Descartes – Paris V. She furthered her studies by taking a Post Grad in Business Administration in “Up and Coming” countries, from the University de Dauphine – Paris IX in 1993 and in 1994 a Post Grad in Finance and Banking at the University René Descartes – Paris V.
Her professional life began in 1994 at Societe Generale, Argentina as Finance and Acquisitions Manager in the area of Structured Finance. From 1998 until 2000 as Head of Corporate Finance for Latina America for the Bozano, Simonsen Bank in Argentina. In 2000 she moved to Brazil, where she joined the BSCH Group as Senior Deputy President - Investment Banking – Project financing, Fusion and Acquisition. During 2002 and 2003 she was an associate and Managing Partner for INVIXX – Investment Bank.
In 2003 as Associate Founder she takes on the creation of the Financial Boutique Arnaud & Co a company specialising in financial consultancy and strategies for familiar investment groups in “Up and Coming” Countries, commercialising financial consultancy and strategies within fusion and acquisitions and the financing projects prevailing presence in the telecommunications and tourism/real estate sectors. Her broad client portfolio includes:

o Grupo Rieder: a main group in Paraguay involved in the energy, telecommunications and automobile sectors.
o Jimbow S.A: Adviser of the Jiménez group, the second most important Ecuadorian Exporters.
o Monaco Telecom
o Tourism Real Estate Project Nova Pipa (Natal).
o Tourism Real Estate Project Ondazul (Maceio)
Today and since 2006 she took charge as Associate Founder, advisor and General Operations Manager at Quanta Resorts in Brazil, who is developing The Reef Club in the province of Pernambuco, a tourism real estate complex including the construction of 2 hotels, a golf course, a shopping centre and 4.000 homes.
