Joaquim has an academic background in economics and property investment and has twelve years experience in the property sector. He is currently Director, Finance, Planning and Control at Sonae Sierra. He was involved in the Company’s listing in 1997, its delisting in 2001 and the setting-up of the Sierra Fund in 2003. His current responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management including debt raising in the six European countries where the Company is present, and performance control.
