CAREER SUMMARY
José Antonio León joined the Finance and Accounting Department of CB Richard Ellis Madrid in 1978. In 1985, he took up the post of Financial Director and was appointed a Board Member in 1995. In 1996, Mr. Leon was named Director of the Investments department. In July 2000 he was appointed Vicepresident of CB Richard Ellis Spain, and from 2005, he is also the Managing Director of the Business Lines. In july 2007 he joined Hines as Country Head Managing Director.

Mr. León is a member of the APD (Association for Progress in Management);
AEEF (Spanish Association of Financial Executive Officers); COAPI (Official Institute of Spanish Chartered Surveyors); COADF (Official Institute of Property Managers). And U.L.I. ( Urban Land Institute)


EDUCATION
Mr. León has a degree in Law from the University of Madrid. He is also a fully qualified Real Estate Agent with a Diploma from the Ministry of Industry and Development.
