Simon Rubinsohn is the Chief Economist of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Prior to taking up this appointment, he was Senior Strategist at Barclays Wealth where he was responsible for running a range of multi-manager portfolios. He initially moved into the financial services industry in 1985 when he joined ANZ Merchant Bank as the UK economist.
