Malcolm Frodsham's main strategic responsibilities are the advancement of IPD's regular suite of publications on international property market trends and developing IPD's consultancy services. Central to this role is the interpretation and development of IPD's quantitative analysis of international property market returns and risks. Malcolm has thirteen years experience in property research, joining IPD from Legal & General where he had worked for 5 years as Head of Property Research. Previously he had worked for three years at Aberdeen Property Investors as their Research Manager and before that, five years in the research and portfolio analysis departments of IPD.
