Alejandro Solano holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Carlos III of Madrid (2001) and a Business Management (University of Vaasa,Vaasa, Finlandia)(2002). MSc Graduate Enterprise in Multimedia (Teesside University, Middlesbrough, United Kingdom - 2003).

From 2004 he is Managing Director of Hercesa office in Bucharest (Romania). He actively participated in the promotion and development residential investments in Romania.
