Alessandro Bronda is head of Investment strategy. He is based in Brussels and is responsible for forecasting property returns performance in Europe and Asia. In addition he is also responsible for compiling investment strategy plans for the various Aberdeen property funds. Prior to joining Aberdeen, Alessandro was head of European research for the Catella Property Group. Prior to that he worked for Security Capital (a US REIT), Eurostat in Luxembourg and for the Ifo Institute for Economic Research in Munich. Alessandro holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the Ludwig Maximillians University of Munich. Alessandro is also founding member of the Pan European Property Common Interest Group (PEPCIG) and a board member of the European Real Estate Society (ERES).
