? Since 1996 he is a Founding Partner and Managing Director at Caio Calfat Real Estate Consulting (www.caiocalfat.com) a Real Estate consulting company that works in the planning and development of real estate and hotel projects, having realised more than 100 developments nationwide.

? From 1980 to 1995, he worked as a constructor, developer and Real Estate consultant for several companies such as: “Videosom” (Real Estate developments), “Casatec” (Commercial and Construction Company), “Constructora NTR” and “Kallas Ingenieria y Proyectos”.

? Founding Partner and a member of the Board of LARES- Latin American Real Estate Society (www.lares.org.br) acting as Vice-President from 1998 to 2004 and as President from 08/26/2004 to 09/08/2005.

Since 2001 he teaches Resorts and Hotels Development Analysis, within the “Specialization in Real Estate Development” course – MBA Real Estate - Marketing and Viability and Real Estate development analysis organized by FUPAM-USP (www.fupam.com.br) at the Architecture & Town Planning School of Arts, Sao Paulo,Brasil.
