PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Enrique Martínez Laguna, (Reus 1966) is the Managing Director of the Barcelona Office since January 2002 and Member of the Board of Directors of CB Richard Ellis Spain since 2006. In Barcelona, he is responsible for the Retail and Asset Management Business Lines.
Enrique Martínez is also a Member of the EMEA Retail Executive Committee and EMEA Asset Management Committee, since 2005.
CB Richard Ellis is the world’s leading commercial real estate adviser with a turnover of over 5,5bn $, more than 30,000 employees and offices in more than 40 countries. In Spain, established since 1973 and with more than 450 employees, the company excels for the services provided, to include Market Research, Viability and Development Analysis, Investment, Valuation, Office Agency, Industrial Agency, Hotels, Residential and Retail.
In 1998, Enrique Martínez was responsible for the launch of a new Business Line, Shopping Centres, in Spain.
Previously, from 1993 to 1995, Enrique Martínez was Director of Retail Management in Carrefour Real Estate subsidiary; Centros Shopping, S.A.

Diploma in Leadership and Client Management from University Southern California (USC), Marshall Business School, 2001.
