From January 2000: Urban Planning Director General at the Territorial and Public Works Department of the autonomous government of Catalonia.

Member of the Board of Institut Català del Sòl (Catalan Land Institute), CIMALSA, the Consortium for the Sagrera Station, the Consortium for the Gran Via of l’Hospitalet de Llobregat and the Port Authority of Tarragona.

Chairman of the technical lectures and Vice chairman of the Territorial Urban Planning Commissions of Barcelona, Tarragona, Lleida, Girona, Terres de l’Ebre and Vall d’Aran.

Vice president of the Urban Planning Commission of Catalonia and the Urban Planning Subcommission of the city of Barcelona.

Member of the drafting team of the Legislative Decree 1/2005, of July 26, approving the amendment of the Town Planning Law of Catalonia and its rules.
