Joaquim Fernando de Castro Ribeiro was born in Portugal 44 years ago. Graduate in Economics in the Universidad do Porto coursed a MBA at Universidad de Lisboa and a MSc in property investment in the City University of London. His professional course began during the 80s when he was a Management Trainee from Sonae Indústria e Investimentos. Next, in 1988 he was the Group Treasurer in Sonae Indústria at Oporto and, in 1989 he became Finance Controller at Sonae International Ltd. In London. Nowadays he is Head of Finance, Planning and Control of Sonae Inmobiliária at Porto and also is Member of the EPF EU REIT Commitee.
