Martin J. Bruehl, aged 40 and a German national, is Managing Partner of Cushman & Wakefield’s German operations. He holds a German banking diploma and a property degree from City University Business School, London. Mr. Bruehl is a sworn valuer accredited by the Stuttgart Chamber of Industry & Commerce and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London.
Mr. Bruehl has 17 years of experience in cross-border real estate investment and acted as valuer and advisor in this field in his previous positions at DTZ and Arthur Andersen. He has gained global real estate appraisal experience serving on the statutory panels of appraisers of several major Germany open-ended property funds.
Mr. Bruehl serves on the boards of the US Real Estate Asset Management subsidiary of a German private bank and of a major Isle of Man-domiciled and AIM-listed fund, investing predominantly in German retail property.
