Maurizio is responsible for Grosvenor’ house-view of real estate markets, and for identifying themes of future out-performance. This research is used to support strategic decisions and for the development of new products. Maurizio has extensive European property investment research experience. He joins Grosvenor from Cordea Savills and PMA. Prior to that Maurizio studied in Universita' Degli Studi in Genoa and Birkbeck College, University of London.
