Oriol is an International Partner and a Member of the Board of Directors in Spain.
He is the Director of Cushman & Wakefield in Barcelona and coordinates a nearly 50 persons team. In addition to that he is involved in the most important investment operations in Barcelona Real Estate market.

Oriol started his Real Estate career at CB Richard Ellis. In 1997 he joined Healey & Baker where he headed Barcelona corporate office department. In 1999 he was appointed Partner and in 2002 International Partner at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2005 he became Director of Cushman & Wakefield Barcelona.

Succesfull recent operations

- AM/UBS/Nexity: Land sale and subsequent 19.700 sq. m. office building development in San Cugat del Vallés.
- Distrito 38 – In the first phase of this development he advised on the 26.583 sq. m. of property anticipated sale from Habitat to Gesmadrid. Afterwards, in the second phase, he advised on the 18.000 sq. m. of land property sale from Habitat to Comsa/Iosa.
- GE: Strategic consultancy on the acquisition of 24 office buildings totalising more than 150.000 sq. m.
- Danone: 9.500 sq. m. Danones Headquarters sale on a “sale & lease” basis to a private investor.
