Oscar Cabanes is a Senior Architect (Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid) and he is 41 years old.

Before joining Bouygues Inmobiliaria (Bouygues Real Estate), his career includes his tenure as a Project Manager at Continente Shopping Malls Design and Development Offices as well as an architect at Schneiders Group Merlin Gerin technical offices.

He started his professional career at Bouygues Inmobiliaria in November 1999 as the Director for the Eastern Region. In January 2004 he was appointed Director for the Central Region and since September of that year he is also Director for Commercial Operations, managing the whole companys operations in the Spanish Central Region (Madrid and neighbouring provinces), as well as the nationwide Mall and Shopping Centers operations.

In September 2005, Oscar Cabanes is appointed Bouygues Inmobiliaria Managing Director and on May the 14th- 2007 he is appointed Southern Europe Area Director (Spain and Portugal operations) as well as a member of the Board of Directors at Bouygues Immobilier.

Since last spring , in addition to the duties previously mentioned, Oscar Cabanes leads as well Bouygues Immobilier Mall and Shopping Centers operations in Europe.
