Rosalind is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. She specialises in the provision of taxation services to multi nationals including property companies, retailers and funds and government bodies. She is a specialist in PFI where she advises bidders, government bodies and investors in the more mature projects on re-financing. She also advises on regeneration projects in London and also in the North East.
Rosalind is a member of the RICS Taxation Policy Panel. She is also a member of a contact group with the Inland Revenue that is focusing on how current tax law applies to PFI which has been responsible for a number of pieces of published interpretation of tax law.
A frequent writer on topical property issues, she has had several articles published in industry journals. She frequently attends and speaks at property taxation conferences, including presentations on PPP, securitisation and other forms of financing for property transactions.
Family/Interests
Married with two daughters her hobbies include music, garden design, working out at the gym (time and energy permitting!) and trying to orchestrate her children's busy social life!
