Ed Hardwick is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Hardwick Partnership, a retained executive search firm based in Dubai.
Ed Hardwick’s experience is defined by his work in recruitment, executive coaching and development, and strategic human resources in an international career spanning thirty years. He has been involved with the Middle East for over fifteen years of his career and has a wide international network.
He holds an M.A. degree from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge University and has attended executive development programmes at Harvard and Manchester Business Schools. He has lived and worked in six countries, including the US, UK, the Netherlands, Cyprus, KSA and now U.A.E. with a variety of companies across financial services, executive search, management consultancy, industrial and FMCG sectors.
These include renowned global and regional companies such as PepsiCo Inc, Duracell Inc, Pilkington Brothers Plc, The National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia and Korn/Ferry International.
Prior to establishing The Hardwick Partnership in Dubai, Ed Hardwick was a Senior Client Partner in the Financial Services Practice of Korn/Ferry International in Dubai where he conducted a broad range of searches across the MENA region, with particular focus on the Real Estate and Education & Not-for-profit sectors.
An independent audit company ranked Ed Hardwick in the top five Senior Client Partners for client satisfaction globally within Korn/Ferry International in February 2009 before he left to establish The Hardwick Partnership.
