This keynote luncheon will launch the European Urban Investment Network (EUIN), a new partnership between cities, investors, and developers to bridge the investment gap in Europe’s cities through collaborative innovation between city authorities and investors/developers. The network will be facilitated by ULI. Other participants in this function will include leading investors and developers and major European cities that intend to join the EUIN and become key players in city building across Europe.
