| Mr. Hulshoff will receive the award in recognition for all the investments that Rodamco has been carrying out in Spain for the past 15 years. |

| BMP Award?s Jury has decided to grant Mr. Hulshoff this award in recognition for all the investments that Rodamco has been carrying out in Spain over the last 15 years. Rodamco has been present in Spain since 1986, when the company started investing in redeveloped buildings. By 1991, it already had a portfolio of six office buildings with 25,000 sq.m. in the main business district. At the end of the year, Rodamco opened its Madrid office, which implied the birth of Rodamco Spain. Today, its investment portfolio includes more than 1 billion euros in assets in the retail sector, that is, Rodamco owns 11 shopping centers and one factory outlet, and it also owns or controls 562,000 sq. m. of retail, logistics or office space, with over 1,4000 tenants. And on top all this Rodamco has plans for three future shopping centers to be developed (for a total of 134,100 sq.m.). The award will be handed at the Welcome Dinner and Awards Ceremony that will take place at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I on Wednesday, 22nd of October at 9:00 p.m.
