| BMP Sets Up ?Central Europe Meeting Point? in Warsaw in April |

| Mr. Enrique Lacalle, Chairman of Barcelona Meeting Point, announces that the first edition of Central Europe Meeting Point will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw on April 18th- 20th, 2006. |

BMP sets up "Central Europe Meeting Point", which will be held on April 18th - 20th, 2006 at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw. This first edition of Central Europe Meeting Point will consist of an International Symposium with an adjacent area (700 sq. m.) where a maximum of 40 companies will exhibit in modular stands of 9 sq. m. minimum.
This new Symposium, whose format will be similar to the Barcelona Meeting Point?s, will also have the collaboration of many of the institutions regular at BMP. The Organizers expect an attendance of some 800 national and international professionals interested on real estate investment and development in Central and Eastern Europe. |
